I go to this site because it said i can download MORE effects for free

So when i clicked download on the effect i wanted it said start on and i think put aside
So i clicked on save and save it to my computer
I went to the little banister thing where on earth it said video effects and then i tried to look for the effect i downloaded and it didnt show up...
Am i doing anything wrong here?
And sorry if i couldnt really explain it that resourcefully
But please help
