Nvidia Geforce Graphics??

can i buy and install a nvidia geforce 6 or any other lower version of graphics to my fujitsu siemens amilo pro edition v3505 laptop . If it helps my system is:

So sorry - very complex to upgrade Graphics adapters on laptops.

Most laptop's graphic adapters are soldered to the system board.
