it sounds similar to its running because i hear fans and stuff inside, but nothin comes on the peak even with the blind on...please help...

Its a BIOS toot. error codes. You need to know what brand of bios to translate. (AMI AWARD PHOENIX?)
The beeps you hear are a code indicating a hardware let-down.
You are going to need to bring it contained by to a repair shop or someone who knows how to troubleshoot issues close to this.
In the mean time, you can rob the side panel off after unplugging the computer and gross sure all the cards are seated completely. Just provide them a little push down to variety sure that it is not a poorly seated PCI card that is cause the issue.
How did you post this? Oh well christen the company maybe it could be the monitor!
Personally i would unplug the modem cord and plug it final in consequently press the button that turns it on and press the screen on it should start up generally
you probably have impossible to tell apart modem i do CMI
i thk u have not counted the beep correct...generally the beep prblms cms with run into prblm.!!
