i own a new computer and it have,for the most part,be working just fine.The other daylight i turned on my computer and my keyboard wasn't working.I've checked to see if it be plugged in properly and it be.I checked the status of the keyboard and it stated it be in working condition.I'm some what confused ,please support!

Perhaps you need to install drivers for it. If I be you, I would try it on some other computers and/or try another one on yours to dwindle down on the problem.



It very resourcefully could be the keyboard itself, if your computer is below warranty, you should call dell or whoever and agree to them know that your keyboard have stopped working. It sounds to me that its hardware issues.
You first need to find out if it is your system or the grand piano itself. Do you have an elder keyboard contained by storage or one you can borrow from a friend to test your system? If you plug within a different keyboard and it works, you know it's the hardware, not the system itself. If it doesn't work you know it's your PC. Either track, because your computer is new you probably own a year warranty. You probably also have free tech back from the manufacturer.
