I Started getting this nouns problem. it was adjectives distorted and going in slow mo and reapeating and stuf. so i data it must be that the DMA mode was moved to PIO mode... so i step to Device Manager > IDE/APA controllers > Primary IDE Channell > Double Click on that > and it said that my Device 0 was set to DMA if avalable, but it be PIO, i think that i dont hold DMA available anymore. but i like listen to music. Plz Help. oh yeah. its a Compaq Presario V2000 CTO Notebook

I had this problem on my computer awhile ago. This site should solve your problem, if it does not next you may have a problem next to your bios settings.
