I assume you have a desktop PC, so I would recommend a speedy one, people complain roughly the noise speedily burners make. In my judgment I don't mind hearing extra thud if the disk is done burning sooner. My choice should you have IDE:

and if your unsure what type interface you have you can other go USB and use it on any computer released since window XP came out. (also works on those silly macs)

Using it over USB doesnt effect the verbs rate of your data, and its a nice instrument to get a burner on that feeble notebook computer you've been wanting to get hold of your files off of.
