My memory card reader is not detecting by Winxp relieve me?

I m connecting memory card through USB but winxp giving messege that it is unknown device how can i detect it near pc .



i will obliged to participate this put somebody through the mill.

You probably need the drivers for it to work properly.



Put contained by the cd that came next to it, or if it did not...



Google the Brand and Model: # and the word drivers and their website should come up wit everything you need



install the drivers(reboot if necessary) and THEN plug it rear legs in and VOILA!!
Did you plug it into your Front USB port? or Side USB port?



try plug it within the back of your computer, the USB port that is to say attached directly to your motherboard.
please try it on all the USB ports..
If you card reader is have a driver CD the install the drivers or connect the card reader and see within another system if it is detecting then you have need of to updates the windows most modern patches for the window to work for latest hardware.
