I recieved a latest computer as a gift.
it's a Lenovo J110 ( http://www5.laptop.ibm.com/uk/products.nsf/$... )
it has a Hitachi 80GB Sata II Hard Disk (HDS728080PLA380).
the single problem with it is that the easier said than done disk is making noise when access data (silent when idle) . It's a brand contemporary hard disk, so what can be the problem. is it conventional for this HD model to make clap ? or is somthing faulty beside it ? should I report it this noise?

My New Hard disk make Noise?
well as a rule any noise (whirring/clunking/clicking) is 90% accident down to it failing , but as you said it's brand new consequently chances are it's something else, however-- it have been agreed, so I would get it looked at lower than the warranty by a qualified engineer preferably from where on earth you got it.
complicated disk suck. Get a dvd-r drive or a blue harddrive. Get a mac!
Thats why it was a offering save adjectives file and your drivers folder to a disc and purchase another a HD then when it go you'll be ready to reinstall unsullied
