i procure to go into my window desktop and wat happens is my eyeshade will go black and run back to my desktop and constitnly doing that any oblige plz!

Sound line a problem near system harddrive. Either it is disconnected or damaged. Actually you will be lucky if it is the harddrive problem. You can hold damage to your motherboard. Open you box and check if nought is cracked or burned on the motherboard. After serious fall the board could short circuit.
If I be you I would unplug it and open the tower cover. Check to see if adjectives plugs, processor and memory chips are in tight.
Is this a desktop or a laptop? If it's a desktop it sounds similar to your video card came loose. Open up the travel case and check that all the cards are seated tight and the rope connections are not loose.



This isn't so easy on a laptop. Might own to have a pro unambiguous it up and look at it.
