My computer is booting slower than ever.?

I deleted those 2 partition and since then my computer is booting slower-the reaction screen stays 5-10 second and before he be staying 3 seconds max.(I enjoy a AMD Athlon 3600+ x64 Dual Core with 2Gb RAM).How can I rezolve the problem?

1. Remove adjectives junk from startup approaching messenger services etc.

2. The problem might be fragmentation so defrag your hard-drive and use this to defrag paging files :

remove any programs from the computer that you are not using.



Also run a program call msconfig using start -> run



In this you can click the startup tab and disable the programs loading at startup. alot that will be loading is not needed things close to java update checkers and things. best way to check if it is a program is to click the disable adjectives buttion on the startup tab then restart



you can other run this program again and enable adjectives or some of what you disabled if you notice something is gone down
