Alright this isn't appropriate! After waiting a month for a new power cord, after I turned my computer on after somewhat while, a window popped up and said something around system32 and that I should save and log bad within 58 second and started counting down. Now all I can find to load is a black eyeshade with a mouse. No CTRL+ALT+DEL and SafeMode doesn't work, PLEASE HELP!

My computer one and only loads to a black peak?

Sounds close to a virus my computer done the same piece I got it fixed after it crashed and I had to buy a fresh hard drive.
corrupt files . try reinstalling window.
If your system didn't come with any disks to reload window and all you see is a blinking cursor on the black blind... Not good.

Try removing the freestyle out of your motherboard, count to 50 and place the battery support in. Make sure you put it within the way you took it out. Do not flip it. This will reset your cmos and might assist or it might not, worth a try.

Also try removing the power plug out of the computer, count to 20 and plug it back surrounded by and try to restart the system.
you can try system restore if this fails you will hold to reformat
A blank screen is promising a bad video driver.

Reboot the computer and try pressing F8 purely before the the Windows logo comes up. Then start within VGA mode. once the system is started you should be able upgrade or reinstall the video drivers.

If you don't own the video drivers handy then try uninstalling the video card and rebooting after that. This will do Windows to reinstall the video when it starts up.
