It looks close to the driver has become corrupted. In device commissioner, click on the drive (where the yellow exclamation fault is) and choose rollback driver. OK this and see if the mark have gone. If not, go through impossible to tell apart routine but this time select Update Driver.
If all else fail, you may have to furrow for a driver on the internet. Find the make and model of your drive and poke about for it, adding driver at the come to an end.
If you can't get the drive begin, take a small pin, and look on your disc Drive, there should be a highly small hole, it's hard to see so sort sure you look closley. Stick the pin in as far as it go and the drive should open.
Dont listen to the above; the hardware device regulator would not be detecting a physical problem like that, and i doubt its the baggage really.
Get the brand and make of your drive and turn to its parent website to install new drivers. Make sure to find any prehistoric drivers and uninstall them.
Normally that means in that is a problem with the peice of hardware. The best article and easiest thing to do is to uninstall afterwards reinstall the drivers. If that doesn't do it then check that you own the cables properly connected to the device, Motherboard, and power supply. If adjectives that checks out ok then try contacting the factory owner or searching their Support Website. That typically does the trick.
Just delete that yellow ! speck and reboot the computer it will reinstall the driver for you
